Presentation Types:
Abstracts may be submitted for one of the following presentation types:

Oral:
If your abstract is accepted as an oral presentation you will have 15 minutes to present followed by 5 minutes for discussion and questions.

If your abstract is accepted as a poster, you will be required to print a poster.  Posters should be no larger than portrait A0 (841mm width x 1189mm height).  The poster display boards are Velcro compatible and Velcro fixers will be provided to all poster presenters at the conference.

Special Session:
The special session is open to any topic, but should be related to the conference theme.
The only limitation is time – the time limit for each presentation is a very strict 6 minutes

Be creative, here are some suggestions to get you started. Your presentation could include:
•  no slides or videos
•  pictures only
•  music, dance, song, or any form of communication
•  poetry (e.g., a haiku on water, a ballad on climate change, a rap version of the Navier-Stokes equations, classical poetry on Darcy’s equation, or a country song on hydrology)
As the special session presentations are only maximum 6 minutes – no Q and A – the abstract only needs to contain the Title of the presentation, the Authors names and affiliations and a max. 150 word abstract.
