For day delegates and guests the ticket costs are as follows per person:

*The dinner is not included in the conference registration fee. This will take place at the Christchurch Art Gallery and includes dinner, drinks and entertainment.

When you register online, you will have the choice of paying by credit card or upon invoice.
Credit card - Delegates can pay by Visa or Mastercard when they register online or after. We offer SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology & 2048 bit data encryption to protect your personal information and credit card details.

Purchase Order Number
If you require a Purchase Order number from your company, please arrange this before registering and have this number available when you register online. This will ensure that your purchase order number appears on your invoice, this makes your payments department very happy!

Confirmations
All registrations will be acknowledged by email; please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact the team at on-cue - [email protected]

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, [email protected]
Cancellation on or before 26 October 2018 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after 26 October 2018 will be at the discretion of the organising committee.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise On-Cue of any name change, for administration purposes. There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

In the event of an industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility. The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and vary the advertised programme.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason beyond the organiser's control, there is no right of exchange and no obligation is assumed by the organisers for arranging a substitute speaker. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees and where an event may be postponed and the option of re-attending is not suitable, a cancellation can be made by writing to the conference organiser and on acceptance, there would be a return of paid fees less $100 for administration costs.

Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
Privacy:
Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
